We don't work with standard solutions. Every project follows a method designed to make good decisions, without surprises or rushing. This is how we guide each home.
You tell us about your project through the form. It's our first point of contact and lets us understand what you need.
If the project fits how we work, we visit the space to analyse it in person and understand how it's lived in.
We prepare a clear fee proposal. Once accepted, we begin.
We draw up plans of the space and gather, through a second questionnaire, everything that shapes the design: habits, routines and real needs.
We develop the preliminary study, usually with two proposals, until the design direction is defined. It's the strategic foundation of the whole project.
We present the proposals for you to choose. With the direction approved, we develop the full design.
We coordinate every detail and every contractor to transform the space, down to the last piece.
It's the first phase and the tool that tells us whether the project is viable. A raw study, with no materials or finishes, focused on layout, function and the feasibility of the space.
· We analyse how you live: habits, routines and real needs that shape the design.
· We propose layout alternatives: several solutions that prioritise flow, light and ergonomics.
· We assess feasibility: technical limits, necessary structural changes and the approximate scope of works.
· It lets you decide with confidence.
· It avoids surprises and cost overruns during execution.
· It creates a solid base for the whole design project.
Because designing to measure takes time, and rightly so. Those first months are for coordinating the trades, settling technical decisions, defining the plans with rigour and selecting lasting materials. It's our way of committing to precision and strategic calm, rather than promising speed and improvising later.
